Celebrating every mind. Supporting every journey.
About Therapy Co
At Therapy Co, we understand there’s no single “right” way to think, feel or learn. Every person has their own way of experiencing the world, and that’s something to be valued. Our role is to walk alongside you, helping you build on your strengths, work through challenges and feel confident in who you are. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, experience sensory differences, navigating anxiety, burnout, body image, pregnancy, early parenthood, or simply see the world differently, you’ll find a safe, understanding space here. This is a place where you don’t have to mask and where your way of being is embraced.
ADULT
Providing a safe space to support you in building insight and developing inner resources for navigating your journey.
Child & Adolescent
Helping your child in building understanding and managing their internal experiences all together as a team.
Assessments
Therapy Co conducts a range of assessments for children through to adults; including Neurodiversity Diagnostic Assessments (Autism and ADHD), Cognitive, and Academic Assessments.
CELEBRATING WHAT MAKES YOU, YOU
Our practice is built on the belief that neurological differences are part of natural human diversity. It is not “broken” or in need of fixing.
Therapy and support isn’t about making you fit in. It’s about understanding yourself, feeling supported, and having the tools you need to navigate the world in ways that work for you.
Our multidisciplinary team listen to what matters most to you and work together on your goals, not someone else’s expectations. Every session is tailored to suit your needs, whether that means adjusting the environment, using different communication styles, and matches your pace.
Our team combines professional expertise with genuine care, with the aim of creating a space where you feel safe, heard and understood.
